Matica osovine je precizno obra\u0111eni dio koji se mora zategnuti odre\u0111enim obrtnim momentom. Matice osovine obi\u010dno imaju lijevi navoj, osim ako se dijelovi rotora ne okre\u0107u u suprotnom smjeru. Matica osovine se tako\u0111er mo\u017ee nazvati &#8220;kontramaticom&#8221; ili &#8220;kontramaticom impelera&#8221;.<br>Turbopunja\u010di su precizno konstruirani i dizajnirani za rad pri brzinama do 360.000 o\/min, te dosti\u017eu temperature do 850\u00b0C u dizelskim primjenama i do 1050\u00b0C u benzinskim primjenama.
