Me\u0111utim, DPF je zapravo odgovoran za vi\u0161e kvarova povezanih s turbopunja\u010dom nego \u0161to mislite. Ovdje istra\u017eujemo kakav utjecaj za\u010depljeni DPF mo\u017ee imati na turbopunja\u010d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DPF-ovi (filteri \u010destica dizel motora) prvi put su uvedeni u januaru 2005. godine sa standardom emisije Euro 4, gdje su nivoi \u010destica dizel motora smanjeni na izuzetno niske nivoe kako bi se smanjila dozvoljena koli\u010dina \u010destica (PM) ispu\u0161tenih u atmosferu. Smanjenje veli\u010dine PM \u010destica iz procesa sagorijevanja na ovaj nivo nije bilo tehni\u010dki mogu\u0107e, pa je to zna\u010dilo da su sva dizel vozila nakon septembra 2009. godine bila opremljena filterom za hvatanje \u010da\u0111i i drugih \u0161tetnih \u010destica, sprje\u010davaju\u0107i njihov ulazak u atmosferu. DPF mo\u017ee ukloniti oko 85% \u010destica iz izduvnih gasova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za\u010depljeni DPF ne\u0107e ispravno raditi. Da bi se uklonila ova blokada, postoje dvije vrste regeneracije koje se obi\u010dno koriste za uklanjanje nakupina \u010da\u0111i. Novija vozila koriste aktivnu regeneraciju, \u0161to je proces uklanjanja nakupljene \u010da\u0111i iz filtera dodavanjem goriva nakon sagorijevanja kako bi se pove\u0107ala temperatura ispu\u0161nih plinova i sagorjela \u010da\u0111, pru\u017eaju\u0107i privremeno rje\u0161enje. Pasivna regeneracija se odvija automatski na vo\u017enjama autoputem kada je temperatura ispu\u0161nih plinova visoka. Mnogi proizvo\u0111a\u010di su pre\u0161li na kori\u0161tenje aktivne regeneracije jer mnogi voza\u010di ne voze \u010desto na duge udaljenosti brzinom na autoputu kako bi o\u010distili DPF, a konstantno kratke udaljenosti nisu dobre za turbopunja\u010d ili ispu\u0161ni sistem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160ta se de\u0161ava sa turbopunja\u010dom kada je DPF filter blokiran?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Blokirani DPF filter spre\u010dava prolazak izduvnih gasova kroz izduvni sistem potrebnom brzinom. Kao rezultat toga, povratni pritisak i temperatura izduvnih gasova se pove\u0107avaju unutar ku\u0107i\u0161ta turbine.<br>Pove\u0107ana temperatura i povratni pritisak izduvnih gasova mogu uticati na turbopunja\u010d na vi\u0161e na\u010dina, uklju\u010duju\u0107i probleme sa efikasno\u0161\u0107u, curenje ulja, karbonizaciju ulja unutar turbopunja\u010da i curenje izduvnih gasova iz turbopunja\u010da.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako prepoznati turbopunja\u010d koji ima problema s DPF-om:<br>Promjena boje dijelova unutar sredi\u0161njeg sklopa (CHRA), obi\u010dno s dokazom da se toplina prenosi kroz CHRA sa strane turbine. Ova prekomjerna temperatura unutar CHRA uzrokovana je povratnim pritiskom koji prisiljava ispu\u0161ne plinove kroz brtve klipnih prstenova i u CHRA. Ispu\u0161ni plinovi visoke temperature mogu sprije\u010diti efikasno hla\u0111enje ulja unutar CHRA, pa \u010dak i karbonizirati ulje, ograni\u010davaju\u0107i dovod ulja i uzrokuju\u0107i habanje sistema le\u017eajeva. Ova vrsta kvara \u010desto se mo\u017ee zamijeniti za nedostatak podmazivanja ili kontaminirano ulje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakupljanje ugljika u \u017elijebu klipnog prstena na strani turbine uzrokovano pove\u0107anim temperaturama ispu\u0161nih plinova.<br>Curenje ulja u ku\u0107i\u0161te kompresora mo\u017ee se smatrati posljedicom prodiranja ispu\u0161nih plinova u CHRA sa strane turbine i prisiljavanja ulja kroz uljnu brtvu na strani kompresora.<br>Blokirani DPF mo\u017ee prisiliti ispu\u0161ne plinove kroz najmanje praznine, uklju\u010duju\u0107i zazore u poluzi ku\u0107i\u0161ta le\u017eaja, VNT poluzi i mehanizmima odvoda goriva ku\u0107i\u0161ta turbine. Ako se to dogodi, nakupljanje ugljika u ovim mehanizmima mo\u017ee ograni\u010diti kretanje poluga, \u0161to utje\u010de na performanse turbine. U nekim slu\u010dajevima, nakupljanje \u010da\u0111i mo\u017ee se vidjeti na stra\u017enjoj strani zaptivne plo\u010de kroz koju su ispu\u0161ni plinovi pro\u0161li.<br>Otkazivanje turbinskog kola zbog visokocikli\u010dnog zamora (HCF) uzrokovanog porastom temperature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako mo\u017eete sprije\u010diti pojavu ovih kvarova?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Za po\u010detak, bitno je identificirati na\u010din kvara i utvrditi da li je problem povezan s DPF-om uzrok. Ako je cijeli sklop rotora u redu i postoje neki znakovi pregrijavanja prema strani turbine u jezgru sklopa, onda je kvar vjerovatno uzrokovan prekomjernom temperaturom ispu\u0161nih plinova. Velike koli\u010dine nakupljanja ugljika unutar VNT mehanizma i poluga ukazuju na blokiran DPF, a voza\u010d mo\u017ee iskusiti turbo ka\u0161njenje ili preveliko poja\u010danje turba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Da biste sprije\u010dili kvar turbopunja\u010da uzrokovan DPF filterima:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Utvrdite da li je DPF blokiran.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Za savjet se obratite DPF stru\u010dnjaku.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zamijenite DPF visokokvalitetnim dijelom \u2013 jeftiniji DPF filteri \u010desto ne\u0107e raditi efikasno kao originalni. Ovo mo\u017ee replicirati okru\u017eenje blokiranog DPF filtera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ako je DPF blokiran, uvijek zamijenite sklop jezgre turbopunja\u010da kako biste sprije\u010dili mogu\u0107a curenja ulja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provjerite da li aktuator posti\u017ee puni raspon kretanja, posebno ako je elektroni\u010dki, jer bi se unutra\u0161nje komponente mogle istro\u0161iti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Jo\u0161 jedna posljednja stvar, potrebno je vrijeme da se DPF filter za\u010depi, ponekad i godine.
