Ignoriranje vodi do kvara vrijednog vi\u0161e stotina KM i mogu\u0107eg spaljenog DPF-a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8 naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih uzroka curenja ulja i brza rje\u0161enja<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Za\u010depljen povratni vod ulja<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">**Uzrok:** karbonizirano ulje suzuje cijev; tlak prisilno gura ulje kroz brtve.<br>**Rje\u0161enje:** demonta\u017ea i \u010di\u0161\u0107enje povratnog voda ili ugradnja novog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Visok tlak kartera (PCV sustav)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">**Uzrok:** za\u010depljen odu\u0161ak kartera podi\u017ee tlak &gt;2\u202fpsi; ulje tra\u017ei najslabiju to\u010dku \u2013 brtvu turbine.<br>**Rje\u0161enje:** zamjena PCV ventila i provjera odzra\u010dnog crijeva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Previ\u0161e ulja u motoru<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">**Uzrok:** prelijevanje +0,5\u202fl iznad MAX razine podi\u017ee tlak ulja.<br>**Rje\u0161enje:** ispusti vi\u0161ak do sredine skale; resetiraj servisni indikator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Neodgovaraju\u0107a viskoznost ulja<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">**Uzrok:** gusto ulje 10W-60 zimi ne cirkulira na leru; stvara se pritisak na le\u017eajeve.<br>**Rje\u0161enje:** koristi ACEA C3 5W-30 ili 5W-40 po OEM-u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Istro\u0161eni semerinzi le\u017eajeva turbine<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">**Uzrok:** dug rad na visokim EGT-ima karamelizira ulje i \u017eva\u010de brtve.<br>**Rje\u0161enje:** reparacija turbine \u2013 zamjena CHRA srca turbine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Slab pritisak uljne pumpe<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">**Uzrok:** istro\u0161ena pumpa ne hladi le\u017eajeve; ulje kipi i curi.<br>**Rje\u0161enje:** izmjeri tlak; ako je &lt;2 bar na leru, zamijeni pumpu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Pogre\u0161an ugao povratnog crijeva (&gt;45\u00b0 nadole)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">**Uzrok:** DIY ugradnja s o\u0161trim koljenom uzrokuje zadr\u017eavanje ulja u ku\u0107i\u0161tu.<br>**Rje\u0161enje:** postavi crijevo s ravnim padom do kartera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Za\u010depljen DPF ili katalizator<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">**Uzrok:** visoki back-pressure usporava odvod ulja i \u2018gura\u2019 ga u ku\u0107i\u0161te kompresora.<br>**Rje\u0161enje:** provjeri diferencijalni tlak DPF-a; o\u010disti ili regeneriraj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako sprije\u010diti ponovna curenja<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Redovno mijenjaj ulje i filter svakih 10\u202f000\u202fkm (Low\u2011SAPS).<br>&#8211; Provjeri nivo ulja svakih 2000\u202fkm.<br>&#8211; O\u010disti PCV ventil pri svakom servisu.<br>&#8211; Koristi OEM brtve pri svakoj demonta\u017ei turbine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kada potra\u017eiti profesionalni servis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ako plavi dim traje dulje od 5 sekundi pri visokim okretajima ili na povratku gasa, potrebna je stru\u010dna dijagnostika.
