{"id":6956,"date":"2025-05-12T23:58:34","date_gmt":"2025-05-12T21:58:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/turboactiv.ba\/?p=6956"},"modified":"2025-05-13T13:56:31","modified_gmt":"2025-05-13T11:56:31","slug":"dpf-egr-i-turbina-kako-su-povezani-i-zasto-kvar-jednog-uzrokuje-kvar-drugog","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/turboactiv.ba\/?p=6956","title":{"rendered":"DPF, EGR i turbina: kako su povezani i za\u0161to kvar jednog uzrokuje kvar drugog"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moderni dizelski motori istovremeno filtriraju \u010da\u0111u (DPF), recirkuliraju ispu\u0161ne plinove (EGR) i koriste turbinu za pove\u0107anje snage. <strong>Kad otka\u017ee jedan element, \u201clanac kvarova\u201d brzo zahvati ostala dva \u2014 naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e prvo strada turbina.<\/strong> U nastavku saznaj za\u0161to se to doga\u0111a i kako se za\u0161tititi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pregled sistema ispuha (DPF + EGR + turbina)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter)<\/strong> hvata \u010destice \u010da\u0111e i povremeno se regenerira na \u2248600 \u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>EGR ventil<\/strong> vra\u0107a dio ispuha u usis kako bi snizio NO\u2093, ali time pove\u0107ava koli\u010dinu \u010da\u0111e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Turbina<\/strong> pretvara energiju ispuha u tlak usisa i ovisi o pravilnom protoku plinova.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ispu\u0161ni tlak i temperatura zajedni\u010dki su nazivnik za sva tri sustava \u2014 promjena na jednom mjestu mijenja rad cijelog lanca.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako za\u010depljen DPF uni\u0161tava turbinu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Blokiran DPF povisuje protutlak ispuha. Plinovi ne mogu slobodno \u201cokrenuti\u201d turbinu, pa se toplina brzo penje iznad 900 \u00b0C. Rezultat su:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Deformirane lopatice turbine<\/strong> zbog pregrijavanja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Curanje ulja<\/strong> kroz pregorjele brtve i gubitak podmazivanja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pad tlaka punjenja<\/strong> (OBD kod P0299) i prelazak motora u limp-mode.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako neispravan EGR puni DPF \u010da\u0111om \u2014 i turbinu toplinom<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zaglavljen EGR dr\u017ei ventil stalno otvorenim. Smjesa postaje \u201cmasna\u201d, ispu\u0161taju\u0107i vi\u0161e PM \u010destica; DPF se br\u017ee puni, tlak raste, a turbina radi u <strong>opasno visokom back-pressureu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i simptomi lan\u010danog kvara<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>U\u010destale prisilne regeneracije DPF-a (svakih 100 km).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Povremeni \u201ckickdown\u201d bez snage \u22652500 rpm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limp-mode uz kodove <strong>P2002, P0401, P0299<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cvr\u010danje metala ili zvi\u017edanje turbine pri kretanju uzbrdo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5 koraka prevencije (provjereno u Turboactiv servisu)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Low-SAPS ulje + izmjena svakih 10 000 km<\/strong> \u2013 smanjuje pepeo u DPF-u.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sedmi\u010dna vo\u017enja \u226515 min na 2500 rpm<\/strong> \u2013 dovr\u0161ava pasivnu regeneraciju.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u010ci\u0161\u0107enje EGR-a ultrazvukom svakih 50 000 km<\/strong> ili pri prvom OBD kodu P0401.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Provjera senzora diferencijalnog tlaka DPF-a<\/strong> pri svakom servisu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Softverske nadogradnje ECU-a<\/strong> (TPI bilje\u0161ke) \u2013 optimiziraju EGR mapu i takt regeneracije.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Za\u0161to \u201cDPF delete\u201d nije rje\u0161enje<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Legalno:<\/strong> kazne do 5000 KM i pad na tehni\u010dkom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tehni\u010dki:<\/strong> uklanjanje DPF-a mijenja protutlak i mo\u017ee poremetiti rad VNT geometrije turbine, skra\u0107uju\u0107i joj vijek.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kada je vrijeme za stru\u010dnu dijagnostiku?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ako osjeti\u0161 dva ili vi\u0161e simptoma s gornje liste, ne \u010dekaj da turbina otka\u017ee potpuno. <strong>Turboactiv nudi uslugu: pregled turbine + ultrazvu\u010dno \u010di\u0161\u0107enje DPF-a i EGR-a<\/strong>.
